We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join a highly collaborative, physician-led multispecialty organization. Position Overview

You will provide comprehensive care for patients with benign and malignant hematologic conditions and solid tumors, delivering high-quality, evidence-based oncology services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

This role emphasizes continuity of care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and biologic therapies
• Provide outpatient oncology care with inpatient consult support as needed
• Collaborate with surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, and primary care teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and survivorship planning
• Maintain accurate documentation using integrated EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, team-based oncology care
