We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join a highly collaborative, physician-led multispecialty organization. Position OverviewYou will provide comprehensive care for patients with benign and malignant hematologic conditions and solid tumors, delivering high-quality, evidence-based oncology services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
This role emphasizes continuity of care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and manage hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and biologic therapies
- Provide outpatient oncology care with inpatient consult support as needed
- Collaborate with surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, and primary care teams
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and survivorship planning
- Maintain accurate documentation using integrated EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives
- Physician-led, collaborative multispecialty model
- Strong referral network and consistent patient volume
- Advanced clinical infrastructure and administrative support
- Focus on continuity of care and team-based oncology practice
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of ACGME-accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
