Facility is looking for an INPATIENT LOCUM TO PERM provider.
Schedule:
- ASAP - ongoing
- 24 hour call, 7a-7a
Details:
- Hospital based coverage
- ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
- Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
- Adult only
- EMR: Cerner

All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position
Submission Requirements- Must be interested in Locum to Perm - REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or IMLC - REQUIRED
- ACLS - REQUIRED
- Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient - REQUIRED
- ERCP - REQUIRED
- EUS - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
