Place Services, Inc., has an immediate need for an
Accounts Receivable Administrator
in our Accounting Department to be based out of our Corporate HQ in Woodstock, GA location.
This position produces and maintains PSI’s receivables by ensuring timely invoice creation, processing and collection, and by working with multiple people and/or divisions regarding different invoicing needs.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and distribute invoicing.
Receive and enter invoices from other divisions.
Collections: Proactively pursue aging receivables; work with customers and internal team.
Manage company’s Underbilled levels. Promote Overbilling.
Ensure all records are kept as up to date as possible in Acumatica and other platforms.
Review jobs each month to be sure to invoice all available Change Orders.
Utilize various excel forms to achieve timely and accurate invoicing.
Prepare and turn in lien waivers and other closeout docs as per procedure.

Qualifications/Requirements:
2-4 years AR experience.
Construction experience highly preferred.
Experience with Acumatica is highly preferred.
Ability to meet multiple strict deadlines.
Ability to work with multiple people and differing levels of management.
Heavy attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
Ability to become a Notary.
