About The Role
As a Processing Maintenance 4 Technician, you will be responsible for working in a team environment to efficiently and safely operate multiple job functions as listed in the requirements below, while working towards the target of zero harm and demonstrating the Capstone Values. The position requires self‑direction and good decision making on a consistent basis.

Position Requirements
Threads and Fasteners
Basic Mechanical Drives (Belt Drives)
Basic Lubrication
Basic Bearings and Seals
Basic Hydraulics
Basic Shaft Alignment
Basic Understanding of Schematics
Basic Pneumatics
Basic Welding Knowledge (arc, mig, and stick)
Contamination Control Techniques
Basic Computer Skills
Basic Leadership Skills
Ability to learn additional skills as required.
Able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
Ability to perform tasks as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Your time will be spent in the plant with some outdoor activity.
