Winston Energy Supply (an affiliate of Winston Water Cooler Family of Companies) serves the Oil & Gas market across the Permian Basin with the materials, responsiveness, and execution that field operations demand. We move quickly, build strong relationships, and show up when it matters.

As we continue expanding in the energy market, we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to grow revenue, deepen relationships, and elevate our presence in the Odessa/Midland region.

About the Role
This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven sales role focused on expanding Winston Energy Supply’s footprint in the Oil & Gas industry.

You will be responsible for developing new opportunities, strengthening existing customer partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the Permian Basin. This role is for someone who knows the market, understands PVF and energy supply needs, and has the drive to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market

Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, service companies, and decision-makers

Promote Winston Energy Supply’s products and capabilities in the field

Collaborate with internal sales and management teams to execute strategy

Represent the company at industry events and promotional opportunities

Identify opportunities for new product development based on market demand

Support sales team growth and recruiting efforts as needed

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of PVF / Oil & Gas sales experience

Strong understanding of the Energy market and Permian Basin dynamics

Proven track record of developing new accounts and closing business

Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

Strong relationship-building skills

Clear and professional verbal and written communication

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Leadership mindset and ability to collaborate across teams

Commission structure aligned with performance
