Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Portfolio Analyst
with a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in multinational environments, managing financial processes, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects and
financial portfolios
across business units
Perform financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation activities
Support
ERP system implementation
and ensure effective internal control procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and leadership
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies
Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively
Handle conflict resolution and high-pressure situations professionally
Required Qualifications
Minimum
7+ years of relevant experience , including work with multinational companies
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting
(CPA preferred)
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles and financial analysis
Experience with
ERP systems implementation
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
and accounting systems
Experience working in
multi-location/global environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Big 4 public accounting firms
Prior
managerial or leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of management
High adaptability to changing environments and diverse cultures
Strong planning, prioritization, and time management abilities
Ability to manage conflict diplomatically and avoid unnecessary escalations
Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Travel Requirements
Up to
20% international travel
in the first year
