Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Lehigh Acres, FL. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and processing applications for residential and commercial mortgages. Day-to-day duties include building and maintaining client relationships, guiding clients through the mortgage process, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations and lending policies.
Qualifications
Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
Knowledge of Underwriting guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant licenses and certifications in mortgage loan origination, meeting NMLS requirements
Previous experience in sales, finance, or related fields is a plus
