What You’ll Do
Brand/Category Ownership – manage the full lifecycle of assigned brands/categories, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
Account Management – oversee smaller accounts to foster relationships and drive sales growth.
Collaborative Execution – work with cross‑functional teams to align on distribution goals and implement strategic initiatives.
Marketing Collaboration – partner with marketing to develop and launch campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Continuous Improvement – contribute to improving commercial processes for performance and efficiency, utilizing data‑driven decision‑making.
Champion cross‑functional relationships and promote ZURU’s entrepreneurial culture.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role for a CPG company or fast‑moving business; internships and coursework also considered.
Strong data‑compilation skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
Excellent presentation skills with clear, concise, and compelling materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, and relevant reporting/analytics tools.
Self‑starter, resilient, performance‑driven, high‑energy professional eager to build a career.
