Supply Replenisher Associate I – Middletown, NY
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay range: $19.41 - $29.12 per hour. Salary decisions are based on a variety of factors from skills to experience. Successful candidates may receive an annual performance bonus.

This position supports lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network through materials/supplies movement and replenishment to the point of use.
Responsibilities
Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in the assigned region (Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP, etc.).
Participate in internal work teams to continuously improve supply replenishment processes, focusing on cost and cycle‑time reduction.
Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure accuracy of on‑hand inventories.
Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban) and mistake‑proof initiatives (labels with photos).
Qualifications
1–2 years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory or supply chain.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Knowledge
Knowledge of inventory control systems desirable.
Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of staff.
Efficient planning and organizing skills.
Solid math skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Visio, etc. is desirable.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
