Salary range: $48K – $55K plus $1,500 sign‑on bonus (compensation based on experience; bonus details can be discussed during the interview).

Essential Duties
Assist in the hiring, training, development, scheduling, and evaluation of hourly store team members.
Ensure restaurants have a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
Serve as a go‑to resource for hourly team members, addressing their needs and concerns daily.
Provide clear benchmarks and expectations so that each shift runs smoothly.
Oversee hourly team members’ performance, ensuring it meets company expectations through constant follow‑up and communication.
Respond to immediate store needs.
Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store.
Work at least 45 hours per week (flexibility to work up to 50 hours during peak seasons or business needs).
Report information to the General Manager through action plans, AORs, goals, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Ability to speak and read English, interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
At least two years of restaurant management experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong time‑management skills.
Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office programs.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; frequently up to 35 pounds; occasionally up to 75 pounds.
