Residential/Recovery Residence Coordinator (Saturday & Sunday, 1pm-11pm)
Peachford Hospital will soon be opening an off‑site residence to support the needs of our adult outpatient program (PHP) patients. In preparation for the launch of this new program, we are looking to add the following new positions to our team.

Residential Care Associate (Saturday & Sunday, 1pm-11pm)

Duties of a Residence Coordinator

Perform regular safety checks on patients.

Conduct ground and room safety checks throughout the shift.

Process new intakes and discharge patients.

Transport and monitor patients to hospital programs and appointments.

Organize and administer protocols regarding patient participation in activities of daily living and administer UDS.

Requirements

High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a social services field is helpful.

Previous experience working with addiction and/or behavioral health patients in an inpatient, outpatient, group‑home, or half‑way house setting.

Valid Georgia driver's license with a clear driving record.
