Overview
Lafayette/ Scott lumber yard seeking dependable, hard-working, customer service oriented team player to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition towards customers and coworkers, solid work ethic, team first and can do attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
Primarily shop deliveries and job-sites. Product being delivered consists of plywood and lumber materials.
Load securement: must have experience with manual transmissions, knowledge on strapping loads, and help unloading trucks.
Delivery experience in 22’–28’ curtain side flatbed.
Home every night (schedule: Monday – Friday, some weekends required).
Qualifications
Current, valid, unencumbered CDL driver’s license is required.
Clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary to commensurate with experience.
Overtime and bonus opportunities available.
Hourly rate, weekly pay.
Benefits eligible after 30 days of employment.
