We are seeking a Dentist (DMD/DDS) for a locum tenens opportunity in Farmington, MO. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps, crown and bridge, comprehensive treatment planning, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: June 22-25
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a-6p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 4 DA, 1-2 RDH

Requirements

• Active Missouri dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
