Oncology Physician Assistant

Join our dedicated team at a leading radiation oncology facility, Sequoia Radiation Oncology Services serving the Central Valley. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly specialized, patient-centered environment alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated NP or PA to join our radiation oncology team. You will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cancer treatment journey, ensuring high-quality care and a seamless clinical experience.

What You ll Do

• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and symptom management
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effect management
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support overall clinical flow and assist with additional patient care needs

Expected Workload

Approximately 4 5 new patient consultations per day

• Approximately follow-up visits per day
• Ongoing support of on-treatment visits, symptom management, and care coordination
• Assist with day-to-day clinical operations and patient care tasks to ensure efficient clinical flow.

What We re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
• Oncology or radiation oncology experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation

• (per diem or part-time) $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
