Location:
Deerfield Beach, FL
Pay:
$20.00/hour
Shift:
Full Time – Saturday and Sunday 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems and coordinate emergencies as needed.
Compile daily SOC activities into shift reports and ensure detailed shift pass-downs are issued and followed.
Coordinate communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service via phone and email workstations; monitor email inboxes, work order service requests, and other communications devices.
Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
Establish, maintain and review schedules; assist in supervision and management of security officers, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations; coordinate with the Security Team and external emergency personnel as necessary.
Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed; participate in regular training and scenario-based security drills.
Understand and execute SOC and general service protocols; perform SOC-related projects and tasks as requested by the SOC Manager or Director of Operations.
Maintain compliance with SOC protocols and produce incident reports as described.
Perform other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED is required, with 2 years of prior security officer experience and 1 year of dispatch or command experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver's license and an unarmed security license (Class D) for Florida.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Qualifications:
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; maintain a working telephone number for contact purposes.
Physical Demands:
Physical requirements are contract-based and necessary to perform essential job functions.
Salary & Benefits:
