
Inventory and Production Coordinator

Join Our Team at Caron Scientific! Caron Scientific, a leading provider of advanced environmental testing and controlled environment equipment, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Inventory & Production Coordinator to join our Marietta Team.
Coordinate between sales operations, inventory, procurement, and production teams to maximize monthly revenue targets
Manage end-to-end process of production work tickets in ERP system to ensure financial accuracy and inventory control
Utilize ERP system to review Bill of Materials and run inventory reports to identify any potential raw material shortages
Maintain production schedule for real-time accuracy and review
Ability to support inbound material receipts, material transfers, creation of “bin locations”, and cycle counts
Lead the creation and revision of necessary quality documents
Qualifications
3+ years of production coordination and/or accounting experience, specializing in high volume commodities such as electrical components and sheet metal
3+ years of experience working with ERP system such as Sage, SAP, and Oracle
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take ownership to drive positive change
Self-starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
Attention to details, especially with documentation
