Description
As an Assoc Wealth Manager, you will build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Your role involves driving business development efforts to convert prospects into clients and developing long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will prepare comprehensive financial plans, reviews, reports, and client presentations, and lead client meetings and portfolio reviews. Additionally, you will implement approved financial plans and investment strategies, conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights, and actively participate in Wealth Management meetings to stay informed and contribute to team success.

Primary responsibilities include

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through, networking, cold calling, and industry events

Responsible for business development and converting prospects to clients

Develop and establish long term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Prepare comprehensive financial plans, reviews, reports and client presentations

Lead client meetings and portfolio reviews

Implement approved financial plans and investment strategies

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights

Actively participate in Wealth Management meetings

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Required Qualifications

5+ years of related experience

BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience

Series 7/66 Licenses

Have attained CFP, CFA, or CPA designation or working towards

Ability to network and build strong relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation skills

Proven self-starter with the ability to think and work autonomously

Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team environment

Excellent written and verbal skills with careful attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft office applications with an intermediate to expert skill level in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or Graduate degree preferred (Masters in Finance, JD, MBA)

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
