Position Purpose
To successfully work in a team atmosphere fabricating pan channel letters for custom architectural products and sign systems in an accurate, timely way.

Essential Duties
Pan Channel Letter Fabrication
Layout and form letters created from CNC files
Build letter by riveting or swedging
Caulk and punch weep holes
Trim Capping
File, form and attach trim to pan channel letter
Assembly
Align and attach letters to cabinet using pre-drilled holes and/or use provided fab pattern
Install LED lighting
Visual Management
Maintain visual management boards on a daily basis
Essential Functions
Acquire job skills to perform routine and non‑routine tasks
Ability to learn and maintain established quality and quantity requirements
Read and understand blueprints in English
Ability to use hand and power tools
Be able to communicate with supervisor and other department team members
Be open to learning new methods and techniques of fabrication
Related Duties
Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area
Contribute to the Letter Department results
Identify and report quality concerns
Maintain daily time sheets
Other tasks considered related to the position and as assigned by Supervisor
Minimum Experience / Requirements
Read and understand English.
Comprehension of basic measuring skills.
Equipment / Software Used
Operate various tools such as Jig Saw, Band Saw, Hand Router, Sanders, Grinders, Pan Brake, 10’ Brake, Table Saw, Miter Saw, Norlock Letter Bender.
Physical / Mental Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. independently
Requires stooping, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, grasping, close and distant vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, occasional stairs, and ability to adjust focus
Cognitive functions required: Coordinating, communicating, and interpersonal skills/behavior

Working Conditions
Full time position in a warehouse environment which can be loud at times.
Work hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Regular schedule); 6:00am - 4:30pm (Overtime schedule); 30-minute unpaid lunch, two paid breaks; available for overtime.
Compliant with safety equipment, company dress code.

Level 1: $31,200 - $37,440
