Construction Foreman/ Superintendent

Description (Pays $18-$40/hr - varies with years of experience)
Operate dozer, excavator, backhoe, skid steer, etc.
Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manager.
Track production and complete paperwork daily.
Run a clean and tidy job site.
Lead by example and teach a crew along the way.
Relay production goals to crew and hold them accountable to meet them.
Work closely with Site Superintendent.
Follow company policy and procedures.
Someone with amazing HEO experience, and experience with leading a crew but no actual Superintendent Experience is ok. Must show leadership abilities and great interpersonal skills.
No special Certs. No Medical Requirements. Provide own PPE. Boots, Vest, Hard Hat and gloves.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of Foreman experience managing heavy equipment operating crew.
Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment (Dozer, Track Hoe, Grader) at the highest level.
GPS (Trimble/TopCon) working experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $32.00/hr.
