Business Development Manager/Account Executive , IT Staffing
We’re looking for a driven Business Development / Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping clients solve real hiring challenges. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and client partnership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment and wants to directly influence growth.
You’ll be responsible for expanding new business, nurturing long-term client relationships, and working closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business Growth

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry insight

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

Position the agency as a trusted recruitment partner, not just a vendor

Own & Grow Client Relationships

Manage and expand existing accounts to drive repeat and referral business

Partner with clients to define hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Consultative Selling

Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to understand business goals

Present candidate shortlists confidently and strategically

Advise clients on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategies

Market & Industry Insight

Stay current on recruitment trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics

Use insights to guide conversations, pricing, and business strategy

Collaborate Internally

Work closely with recruiters and researchers to align client needs with talent strategy

Help shape recruitment plans that deliver quality and speed

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare client-facing reports and presentations highlighting ROI and performance

Track metrics and results to measure success and support growth initiatives

Client Experience Focus

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through

Resolve issues quickly and proactively to strengthen long-term partnerships

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within recruitment or staffing

Proven success hitting targets and growing accounts

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
