preferred* Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenanceEssential Functions* Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned* Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor* Maintains inventory of supplies and
equipment
in good working order* Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds* Performs all other duties as assignedThis position will remain open until filled.
