Responsibilities
At Senior Living Residences (SLR), our focus is helping to make our residents’ twilight years the best years by building a team of caring and compassionate professionals.
Recordkeeping support and compliance
Contract management organization, monitoring and audits
Quality assurance audit and administrative support related to SLR quality improvement and community safety programs and initiatives
Audit and follow‑up with communities on mandatory reporting (such as OSHA logs, MA state 101 forms, NH FROI forms, etc.)
Assist with administrative and audit functions related to insurance renewals for both the SLR Home Office and communities; obtaining information from communities for applications, following up on necessary documentation, uploading and organizing information on Google Drive, etc.
Support communities with administrative preparation for EOEA and/or DPH surveys including submitting applications, coordinating preparation meetings with the communities and participating in the administrative portion of the action planning process.
Work Schedule
Full Time: Monday‑Friday business hours in‑office at Braintree, MA with flexibility for some remote days after completion of onboarding training.
Pay & Benefits
Annual salary starting at $62,000.

Requirements
Minimum of one year compliance experience; assisted living compliance experience preferred but not required.
Experience in office administration, operations, or an administrative role; familiarity with assisted living preferred but not required.
Ability to take direction and initiative; work independently with guidance.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; excellent planning and persistent follow‑through skills.
Strong communication skills, engaging phone presence, and ability to meaningfully create relationships.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn and train others on new technologies such as G Suite Apps, Microsoft Suite, HRIS system, and social media platforms.
Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to improve operational functions and processes.
Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills.
Ability to travel to communities as assigned for projects, audits or meetings.
