The Role (Your Mission)
As our BDM, you aren't just selling a service; you're selling a partnership. You will:
Hunt & Win: Research, prospect, and secure face-to-face presentations with high-level decision-makers and influencers.
Strategize: Use a consultative approach to identify client pain points and develop complex, value-added proposals and pricing models.
Network Like a Pro: Be the "boots on the ground" at trade shows, corporate events, and networking activities across the Nashville region.
Manage Your Kingdom: Use Salesforce.com to track your activity and keep your pipeline flowing.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from "sold" to "satisfied."
