Lead standout workplace interiors for major clients across the US
Join a global practice known for design quality and collaborative culture

Oversee day-to-day delivery of workplace interiors projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and team resourcing
Lead coordination across consultants, contractors, and in-house disciplines
Present design and technical strategies to clients and stakeholders
Support client engagement and business development opportunities
Mentor junior team members and guide project documentation
Ensure high-quality standards and delivery throughout all project phases.
What You’ll Need
10+ years of relevant industry experience
Degree in Interior Design (CIDA/NCIDQ preferred)
Sound knowledge of construction, codes, and project delivery
Proven project and client management experience.
What You’ll Get
$110,000 – $150,000+ salary (DOE)
