We’re looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator who’s organized, driven, and ready to make an impact—not just fill a role.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify high-quality events
Manage full booking process from application to confirmation
Communicate with event organizers and internal teams
Maintain calendars, event lists, and documentation
Negotiate pricing, sponsorships, and booth placement
Track payments, reports, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in event coordination, marketing, or related field (or associate’s degree)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Bonuses
$30/hour (bi-monthly pay)
Uncapped bonuses
Requirements
2+ years previous experience in Event and/or Retail Marketing or other related fields and/or an Associates degree
Ability to build rapport with all internal and external contacts
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
