About the role: The Scrum Master NetSuite EMEA facilitates agile processes within global, cross-functional teams responsible for the ERP system NetSuite used in the EMEA region, the associated warehouse and transportation management systems, the corresponding e-commerce platform and the global data warehouse. This role ensures adherence to Scrum principles, fosters team collaboration, and removes impediments to enable continuous delivery of value.
What You Will Do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) ensuring effectiveness and time-boxing.
Promote Agile principles and coach team members on Scrum practices to enhance maturity and performance.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress and continuous delivery.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
Ensure accurate time booking for project transparency and cross-charging.
Monitor KPIs, timelines, and cost performance; prepare and present progress reports.
Support stakeholder communication and alignment across global teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile role, ideally in a cross-functional environment
Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) with strong understanding of Agile frameworks
Proficiency in Scrum methodology, techniques, and Agile practices
Familiarity with Scrum-related tools such as ProjectManager, Jira, or Nutcache
Knowledge of IT industry policies and procedures
Strong facilitation abilities and experience engaging stakeholders effectively
Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
Excellent communicator and facilitator, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and guiding teams through change
Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and proactivity
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to generate strategic insights and make data‑driven decisions
