HCA HealthONE, Swedish Medical Center and Rose Medical Center is seeking a full-time Regional Medical Director of Hospital Medicine to lead its well-established and highly regarded hospital medicine program in the Denver metropolitan area. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide physician leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction within one of Colorado s premier healthcare systems.

The Regional Medical Director will work collaboratively with hospital administration, medical staff leadership, and HCA Hospital Based Services to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing clinical excellence, physician engagement, and operational performance across the inpatient hospital medicine program.

Qualified Candidates:
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Colorado medical license (free of restrictions, probationary terms, or conditions)
• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction
• Current or willing to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
• Demonstrated leadership experience within hospital medicine
• Strong communication and physician engagement skills
