Job Description
For over 20 years Schweitzer Law Partners, APC has been protecting the futures of families and divorcing couples. Our firm is positioned to handle any legal need a family has through every stage of life. Our firm is looking for an associate attorney with a strong desire to practice family law.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities involve managing a case load and being responsible for all aspects of client’s matters, including, but not limited to handling consultations, preparation of pleadings and discovery, making court appearances, and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications
Law Degree from an accredited law school
License to practice law in the State of California
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
All applicants must be able to
Handle multiple cases
Work as part of a team
Great Punctuality and Attendance
Work in a fast‑paced environment
Make court appearances on a regular basis
Experience
2-5 years practicing law
