Supervisor

The

Supervisor

is a key front‑of‑house leader responsible for overseeing daily service operations within a luxury private club environment. This role ensures flawless execution across all touchpoints, upholds the highest standards of personalized service, and guides the team to deliver exceptional, discreet, and anticipatory hospitality for members and their guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise all dining room and bar lounge operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless, efficient, and polished service as provided by servers, bartenders, and barbacks.

Execute the club’s service standards, rituals, and five-star protocols as trained.

Maintain real-time floor presences and have awareness—anticipating needs, resolving issues, and supporting staff as necessary.

Build rapport with members, remembering preferences, seating habits, and special requests ensuring each interaction reflects refined etiquette, warmth, and professional discretion.

Coach, support, and motivate service staff, leading by example with poise and professionalism and provide on‑floor training in luxury service techniques, standards, and club traditions.

Assist in scheduling, performance feedback, and adherence to grooming and service standards.

Support daily opening and closing procedures, shift reports, and service documentation.

Ensure all areas of the dining room and bar lounge are impeccably maintained—ambience, table settings, cleanliness, and presentation.

Enforce safety, compliance, and operational standards in accordance with club policies.

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in fine dining, private clubs, Luxury Hotels. Forbes preferred with deep understanding of luxury service standards, etiquette, and guest relations.

Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and conflict‑resolution abilities. With Ability to remain composed, organized, and polished in high‑volume or high‑expectation environments. Must have problem resolution experience.

Proficiency with reservation and POS systems; ability to adapt to club-specific technologies.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Physical demands: Must have the ability to carry a tray up to 25lbs of food or dirty dishes.

Posted Salary Range
USD $23.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
