Civil Litigation Attorney

We’re partnering with a growing firm seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a diverse caseload across civil, corporate, and commercial litigation
Manage cases through the full lifecycle—from intake to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court
Navigate matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida Bar license (required)
5+ years of experience as a civil trial attorney
Strong experience in both Federal and State Court (Business Court experience a plus)
Proven strength in legal research and writing
Highly organized with solid technical/computer skills
Ability to independently manage a full caseload and meet billing expectations (35+ hours/week)
A book of business is a plus, but not required
