
Housekeeper - Assisted Living

Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco, TX is currently seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to assist with daily cleaning tasks for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining overall campus cleanliness, including resident rooms and general common areas. This role ensures the cleaning schedule is completed according to standards and that a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment is consistently maintained for our Residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily deep cleaning of Resident rooms according to the cleaning schedule for the campus
Removal and replacement of bedding and linens
Provide deep cleaning services, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
Coordinate with the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, and House Supervisors while walking houses to ensure the timely completion of tasks and cleaning of common areas
Report any maintenance needs to the Executive Director
Maintain a positive attitude with all Residents and Team Members
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in Assisted Living/Memory Care
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service and hospitality focus
Ability to act in a Resident’s best interest
Ability to work and communicate professionally and courteously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow MCE policies and procedures
