Requirements
You
must
be 21 years old.
You
must
be able to speak English.
Previous Armed (2 years) Security, Law Enforcement, Military Experience preferred.
Must possess a VALID concealed carry license within the State of Iowa and must own/purchase their own company‑approved duty weapon.
Comfortable and physically capable of handling a firearm and completing Defensive Tactics (PPCT), First Aid CPR/AED, MOAB, or other assigned training.
A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR.
Job Duties
Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites.
Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances.
Securing doors and windows.
Enforcing rules and regulations.
Responding to alarms.
