Pay & Earnings (Clear and Honest):
$900 – $1,600 per week (total compensation)
Paid weekly
Pay includes:
Guaranteed hourly base ($14–$16/hr (Base is paid for all hours worked)
Tips (typically $9–$15/hr)
Productivity bonuses
Retail commissions
Average total hourly earnings:
Newer full-time barbers: $23–$26/hr
Experienced full-time barbers: ~$38–$47/hr
Earnings vary by schedule, experience, and consistency.

Consistent walk-in and appointment traffic
Faster-paced than boutique or luxury lounges
Designed for barbers who like busy days and full chairs
Schedule Expectations
Full-time and part-time available
Evenings and weekends required (that’s when earnings are highest)

What We’re Looking For
Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology license
Strong men’s haircutting skills (fades, tapers, beard work)
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Focused on guest experience and repeat business
