Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year. Competitive salary with full-time position and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance and paid PTO.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, or related field.
Deep knowledge of production management and food safety.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations.
Oversee daily operations in a food manufacturing plant, maintaining safety and quality standards.
Manage budgeting and cost control, utilizing accounting software for accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize production efficiency.
Lead, train, and onboard staff on food safety and CGMP best practices.
Recruit, train, and onboard new employees, evaluating and improving performance.
Implement lean process management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage plant maintenance activities and support Standard Operating Procedures.
Understand quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Experience reporting on key production metrics.
Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Operate on the 2nd Shift.

Uphold OSHA regulations and GMP.
