Florida Atlantic Ironworks is seeking a passionate and skilled Crane Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Full Time Crane Operator, you will work onsite at exciting projects, contributing to the construction of remarkable structures that shape the landscape of Orlando.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough equipment inspections at the start of each day to ensure optimal working condition.
Operate and maneuver the crane with precision and safety in mind, lifting and moving heavy loads while following supervisor instructions and communicating effectively with the ground team.
Collaborate with a professional team to navigate various construction sites and handle different materials.
Follow safety protocols and maintain attention to detail and problem-solving during daily operations.
Qualifications
5 years experience or more.
Must have CDL.
Must have NCCO certification for small and large hydro swing cab.
TLL certification is required.
LAT and TSS is a plus.
Must be fluent in English.
Proficiency in operating crane control systems and CAD software; ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Physical stamina and strength for long hours and handling heavy loads; good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions.
Other Information
Day-to-day schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekends.
