Job Summary

TQS Mechanical is a HVAC and Refrigeration contractor specializing in supermarket refrigeration and commercial HVAC systems. We started in NY/NJ, expanded into MA and FL, and are now entering TX. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable team member to develop our accounting system and manager project expenses, and handle overall office administration.
Responsibilities

Monitor daily transactions to ensure all amounts are accurate and catch any discrepancies.
Issue accurate invoices for construction projects and maintenance services.
Handle payment processing, including managing checks and wire transfers.
Financial Analysis and Reporting.
Conduct budget vs. actual expense analysis for projects.
Required Qualifications

1 to 5 years of experience in an office environment, administrative role, or data entry/bookkeeping.
Experience with QuickBooks setup and financial management.
Good with Numbers.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, comfortable learning new software.
Punctual and able to meet task deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the HVAC-R or any other trade.
Experience with any ERP systems.
