The Role: Dispatcher
As a Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You’ll be the one who:
Matches the right technician to the right job
Keeps customers informed and confident
Supports our field team with clear, accurate information
Keeps everything moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Tuesday-Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm

What You Bring
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Comfort handling high-volume, multi-line calls
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Dispatch or ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Knowledge of plumbing or the Metro Phoenix area is helpful
