Position Summary
The HR Role is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day execution of HR programs and processes that enable an effective, compliant, and employee‑focused workplace. This position supports core HR operations including data management and reporting, talent acquisition and coordination, on‑ and off‑boarding processes, employee relations support, and HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, support cross‑functional collaboration, and deliver reliable support at a fast pace.
Essential Job Functions
HR Operations & HRIS Administration: Responsible for HRIS data integrity, data entry, reporting and analysis for the entire employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to employment separation; maintains organizational charts and workforce reporting, including the preparation and submission of the annual EEO1 report; ensures proper documentation and maintenance of employee records, including personnel files and required employment documentation; serves as a primary HR resource for employee and manager inquiries in focus areas, providing timely guidance and responsive support through AskHR and other HR communication channels.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partners with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, selection process coordination; coordinates compliant recruitment processes, including vendor coordination, ensuring agreements remain current, and assisting with vendor performance assessment and partner selection; may conduct adhoc full‑cycle recruiting activities when needed, including candidate sourcing, screening, and participation in candidate interviews; ensures a smooth and compliant onboarding process for direct hires, including preparation of offer letter packages, HRIS entry, personnel file documentation, I9 compliance, and facilitation of new hire orientation and access credentials; coordinates limited onboarding activities for contractors as required.
Employee Relations & Employee Experience: Partners with managers and employees to help maintain positive and productive employee relations, addressing day‑to‑day HR questions and workplace concerns; supports employee engagement initiatives, including company events, employee activities, and recognition programs.
Compliance, Communication & Special Projects: Supports HR compliance efforts by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state employment requirements, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping; serves as a backup administrator for Rave alerts and emergency communication systems; contributes to HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects that support the strategic and operational objectives of the HR function.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education, Experience and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience; HR certification a plus.
3+ years progressive Human Resources experience; recruitment experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in manufacturing preferred.
Working knowledge of State and Federal Employment Law.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems.
Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
Time management to ensure work is completed as expected.
