Role
Recruiting coordinators collaborate with the firm’s recruiters and business stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally. You will directly support the Early Careers Investing Recruiter for Analyst, Associate and some Principal hire roles.

Responsibilities
Managing a high volume (up to 75 interviews a week) of candidate interviews across multiple time zones with precision, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency
Supporting the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking (for Zoom and in-person interviews)
Facilitating onsite Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments with a high level of poise and attention to detail
Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch and white-glove experience that reflects Firm’s culture of excellence
Tracking candidate progress and maintaining data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and other project management systems
Driving operational excellence by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable, tech-enabled solutions
Collaborating with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience
Partnering with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management, employer branding, and diversity recruiting initiatives
Supporting the execution of campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in-person
Contributing to cross-functional initiatives that advance Firm’s Human Capital priorities
Experience & Critical Competencies for Success
3+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
High volume recruiting/HR experience with heavy interview scheduling a must.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Highly polished communication/presentation skills
Experience with Greenhouse (or other ATS platforms) preferred, but not required
Collaborative and active contributor, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented culture
Impressive attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality at all times
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Location:
NYC. Hybrid, needed about one day per week in office.
