has partnered with a well-established commercial masonry contractor in the Atlanta market on their search for a Senior Scheduler. This company supports a strong pipeline of ground‑up commercial projects and is continuing to grow, creating an opportunity for a high-impact scheduling professional to join the team.
Role Summary
The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across multiple commercial construction projects. This individual will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to ensure timelines are accurate, risks are identified early, and projects stay on track.
The ideal candidate comes from a General Contractor (GC) background and has experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeout
Collaborate with project teams to establish sequencing, durations, and resource planning
Identify schedule risks, delays, and conflicts, and provide mitigation strategies
Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting
Support project teams with look‑ahead schedules and recovery plans
Analyze critical path and provide recommendations to improve project performance
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership to ensure alignment
Assist in standardizing scheduling practices across projects
Qualifications / Requirements
5+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction
Experience working for a General Contractor (GC)
Strong experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Procore
Experience supporting large-scale or complex commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
