Sunbelt Rentals is a leading national equipment rental company providing a wide range of equipment. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to coordinate the distribution of inventory to all group branches.
Responsibilities
Receive and fill orders from the branches.
Deal with freight companies to establish best possible shipping rates and terms.
Determine best method of shipping and assure correct quantity is being shipped.
Assist with stocking merchandise.
Observe all safety requirements in loading, unloading, storage and handling of equipment.
Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
1 year experience in the construction industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to secure equipment for transport.
Operation of lift equipment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $17.75 - 23.72
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
