Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to medical-surgical patients

• Monitor and document patient conditions, medications, and progress

• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• License: Current RN license (or eligibility for licensure)

• Experience: Previous acute care or Med Surg experience preferred

• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
