Job Description
Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a qualified
Maintenance Janitor Level 1
or a
Maintenance Janitor Level 2
to join our team of highly talented individuals for the 1st shift Monday – Friday (6:00 am – 2:30 pm). This position will be on site in Clearfield, Utah.
As a Professional Maintenance Janitor for Northrop Grumman, you will be responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment enabling the production of world class products.
Responsibilities
Maintain premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
Perform a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
Clean epoxy, linoleum, tile and other floor surfaces.
Shampoo rugs and carpets.
Empty trash cans.
Change air filters and clean vents.
Dust and disinfect all surfaces.
Wax floors.
Order new cleaning supplies as needed.
Wash windows.
Maintain a thorough inventory.
Use equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
Collect and take out trash and recycling.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications for Level 1
High school diploma or equivalent and 0 years of additional education and/or related experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Basic Qualifications for Level 2
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Working knowledge of general aspects of the job.
Ability to perform routine work with detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.
Benefits
Primary Level Salary Range: $31,200.00 – $48,100.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $34,300.00 – $57,100.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results.
