Working collaboratively with correctional officers and healthcare professionals, you will deliver essential care in a secure setting, contributing to the well-being of a diverse patient population with complex medical needs.

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from an accredited program in Arizona
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Active BLS/CPR Certification (AHA preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Compassionate, attentive, and culturally sensitive interaction with patients
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks such as CPR

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in correctional or similar secure environments
• Familiarity with mental health or substance abuse patient populations
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Prior experience working with diverse or underserved populations
• Knowledge of current research and advancements in physical therapy

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work day shifts, Monday through Friday
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work in a controlled, secure environment with adherence to strict safety protocols

Hourly Pay Rate: $63.00 (Local and Travel Rates Available)
