About the Role
Join Johnson Garbage Service Inc as a CDL Class B Driver and play a vital role in keeping our community clean and green! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about service and safety to help us deliver top‑notch waste management solutions.
Responsibilities
Operate and drive a Class B commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
Collect and transport waste and recycling materials from residential and commercial locations.
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of routes, pickups, and any incidents.
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal.
Assist in training new drivers and support team members as needed.
Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record. (Need a 10 year copy )
Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Ability to lift up to70 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in waste management or related industry is a plus.
