The
HR Generalist
supports the preboarding, onboarding and scheduling of orientation of the agency staff across the Penn Highlands hospitals. They are responsible to communicate and coordinate the start date with the onsite HR representative. The position will support the HR department in general day to day operations, with special attention to onboarding new employees, recognition celebrations, and other administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education
Associates degree in business related field required or High School Diploma with 5 years related experience.
Required Experience/Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
