Crew Planner

Responsibilities

Facilitate the construction of crew member’s monthly schedules

Create efficient crew pairings

Communicate between all stakeholders to verify information for monthly schedule

Own the vacation bid process

Frequently communicate with crew members as a group and individually

Track and trend frequently asked questions and develop reference material to distribute

Analyze crew data regarding reserve utilization and productivity

Minimum Qualifications

2-year degree in a quantitative field (business administration, economics, statistics, etc.) or relevant experience

2 years of airline experience

Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products

Preferred Qualifications

Crew planning or crew scheduling experience

Knowledge of the NavBlue crew scheduling software, or similar software

Knowledge of pilot and flight attendant contractual provisions for scheduling, bidding, training and pay

Experience with S3 and N-PBS

Understanding of FAA regulations in regards to crew member scheduling

Knowledge of productivity drivers and analysis
