Responsibilities
Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations to uncover opportunities
Develop leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and follow-ups
Schedule appointments and proactively pursue new business
Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
Work closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals
Meet or exceed monthly production targets
Qualifications
Sales experience required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses
Strong communication and closing skills
Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented
Comfortable initiating sales conversations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
