3rd shift: 8:00 pm–6:00 am Monday – Thursday ($24.40/hour + $1.00 premium)
Job Duties
Performs work on facilities, equipment, systems, and machines relating to heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilating, plumbing, electronic, painting, fluids, carpentry, machining, grounds work, welding, soldering, brazing, cutting, rigging, moving, sheet metal, erecting, concrete, sprinkler systems, engines, building repair, chemical use or storage, etc.
Maintains and repairs equipment, installs, fabricates, adjusts, troubleshoots, tears down, rebuilds, levels, fits, aligns, paints, etc.
Interprets drawings, manuals, sketches, blueprints, specifications, and verbal or written instructions.
Performs regular inspections and maintains records on fire prevention equipment, boiler equipment and safety hazards.
Identifies and orders necessary maintenance parts.
Diagnoses machine malfunctions and operating difficulties; effects repairs and/or adjustments either temporarily or permanently to keep machines in production.
Ensures proper tooling inventory is maintained at all times.
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.
Uses a variety of machine tools including, but not limited to, lathes, milling machines, drill press, grinders, hones, bores, and hand tools.
Performs assigned start‑up and shut‑down functions on plant facilities as required.
Recognizes operating irregularities and safety hazards and takes corrective action or notifies the proper person.
Instructs and trains other employees on work methods, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment.
Works safely at all times and complies with safety regulations regarding protective equipment.
Keeps work area, equipment, machines, and storage areas clean and orderly at all times.
Communicates daily with technicians from other shifts, team lead, and manager regarding equipment condition.
Offers suggestions to improve work processes, procedures, productivity, safety, or work environment.
Performs other miscellaneous duties and related functions as directed by team lead, manager, or designated person.
Works as a team member with a willingness and attitude to resolve problems and maintain good working relationships within the organization.
Basic Qualifications
Proficient in advanced shop mathematics.
Uses complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, handbook formulas, and precision measuring instruments.
Has training and/or knowledge of mechanical methods and procedures.
Applies considerable judgment to plan and perform unusual and difficult work with limited direction.
Can lift 25–35 pounds, 15–40% of the workday.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Strong organization skills including the ability to follow a standard process and multi‑task responsibilities.
Prior experience working in a team environment.
Industrial electrical experience is a plus.

Summary Pay Range
$24.40 – $31.70 per hour.
