We are seeking a high‑performing Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working closely with leadership. This role provides direct operational and executive support to clinical leaders and plays a key role in coordinating projects, meetings, and operational priorities. What You Will Do
Provide operational and executive level support to clinical leadership, coordinating priorities, meetings, and key initiatives
Prepare professional presentations, reports, and briefing materials using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Analyze and organize operational data in Excel to support leadership visibility and decision making
Develop and distribute recurring operational reports and leadership updates
Coordinate complex calendars, leadership meetings, and operational reviews across multiple teams and locations
Plan and support leadership meetings and town halls, including agendas, materials, and tracking follow up actions
Support project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, and strategic initiatives
Serve as a key communication bridge between clinical leadership, operational teams, and cross‑functional departments
Coordinate travel logistics and manage leadership expense reporting
Maintain organized operational records and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What You Bring
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to analyze data and present information clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability
Experience supporting leadership or operations teams preferred
Healthcare or home health experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience supporting senior leadership, operations, or complex administrative functions.
